Buttock implants have their risks, as all cosmetic surgery does. The implants can move, be rejected or be assymmetrical. This is painful surgery but the results can be wonderful when under the care of a great surgeon. The tough questions to ask are in my book, "Cosmetic Surgery: Before, Between and After"
