does liposuction remove fat cells or just the fat? also, can fat cells reproduce or do they they just shrink and swell?
Liposuction removes fat which is fat cells. The cells that are removed will not come back but you can grow new ones! Life is tough!!! We still have to watch what we eat, drink and how much exercise we need to do.
