What is the first step in finding a GOOD!! plastic sugeon, and does the amount of enlargement weigh on the price?
Most breast augmentation is by the procedure not the size of the implant. Of course, all surgeons make this up on their own since there are no guidelines. All the criteria for finding the best surgeon for you are in my book, "Cosmetic Surgery: Before, Between and After".
