I HAVE BLACK MARKS ON THE HAND AND LEG PLZ GIVE THE CORRECT MEDICINE
You may be a candidate for the newer IPL laser procedures that are less invasive. Most are done in a series. Nothing removes marks, scars or spots from acne or burns completely. They are just softened.
