i am 15 and i have dark under eye circles that wont go away! ive tried many powder and concealers and nothing works! i would rather not use a skin product(very skeptical how good they work), id rather try to get it fixed through a cosmetic procedure thats not to harsh. if u could please suggest anything.thanks!
Unfortunately all the "fixes" are invasive and you are too young! Stick with the makeup for now.
