Is it possible to lift the skin from sagging,(not overweight) upper arms?
Yes, many surgeons do perform arm lifts. Make sure to ask how many successful procedures they have performed and if you can see before and asfter pictures. Also ask how long they have been doing that procedure. These tough questions are covered extensively in my book,"Cosmetic Surgery: Before, Between and After".
