Hi, help please!
I have always had dark skin just above my upper lip, which looks like a moustache causing me untoll embarressment and stress. I have tried lightening creams off the high St. but nothing works. Please help. Thank you
You may be a candidate for the newer IPL laser procedures that are less invasive. Most are done in a series. Nothing removes marks, scars or spots from acne or burns completely. They are just softened.
