How long is the recoperation rate? Approximately. I am anticipating just my hips and thighs.Can I get back to work in 2 days? What about lifting, exercising and driving? Thank you
You will need to wear a compression garment for at least 3 weeks. Asfor getting back to work, I would give myself about 5 days. Exercise and lifting weights can be about 3 weeks for cardio and 6 weeks for weights.
