If I went into get implants do I have to get put under for the surgery or can I be awake?
Most surgeons perfer general surgery but you might be able to find one who does thos surgery with what is refered to as "twilight" sleep. Under but not under. There is a lot of great information regarding your fears in my book, "Cosmetic Surgery: Before, Between and After"
Hope this helps you!
