I am satisfied with the size of my breasts; in fact, I would not like them to be any larger. However, they are not firm at all. Is there any way a breast implant can make your breasts firmer and rounder without making them any bigger? And if not, is there anything else I can do to get that effect?
Implants always make the breast larger by filling out the skin. Maybe you can find a compromise. That will take visits to surgeons.
