hi, under my eyes i have dark circle pigmentation and am considering surgery, i have read about laser resurfacing and other laser light treatments. can u tell me how affective they are in removing them and if its worth going for? i have seen a surgen here in dubai who told me i need blepharoplasty to remove fat from under my eyes as this could be the cause, i dont have loose skin really under my eye smore discolouration, and and pimentation like tiny white spots, whats the answer do you think? can blepharoplasty solve the problem.
