My underarm pits have dark spots. I went to a dermatologist who then referred me to an endocrinologist to see if I had diabetes or anything else. The doctor said that nothing was physically wrong with me. Could the dark spots be caused by excessive use of undermarm antiperspirants and dirt getting into the skin. If so, could tattoo removal remove that problem since the techniques are the same for removing dye?
