I have scars on my legs from biopsies (i have muscular dystrophy). there are 3 of them. 2 are 34 years old old and the third is about 20 years old.they are not raised at all. they are all flat. but they did spread (one very badly) the color of the scars are white. can they be fixed with laser treatments or can surgery be done to correct the scar? thank you.
You may be a candidate for the newer IPL laser procedures that are less invasive. Most are done in a series. Nothing removes marks, scars or spots from acne or burns completely. They are just softened.
