I feel like I am going to explode with the swelling around my knees. I am on my third day after inner, outer thigh lipo surgery. I have been wearing the compression garment and it feels so tight. Is there anything I can do to reduce the swelling?
Are your feet elevated? Are you watching salt intakr and drinking lots of water?
Ask you doc about steroid pills if swelling does not decrease.
