I am the foster mother of my niece who is 16 years old, we like in Oklahoma, however, my niece hails from Idaho. I would like to know if there are any services which could help correct a large scar above her lip due to a severe car accident she was involved in before she was in my care approximately a year ago. I would also like to know if your surgeons or any other which you are aware of would be able to provide this service on a pro bono basis.
