I have very dark circles under my eyes. Will cosmetic surgery really improve this? Or am I looking for pain unnecessarily?????????
Laser procedures can help a little but I am not sure the pain is worth the gain. Have you ever seen a professional makeup artist? That may be a solution until technology does a better job!
