I have heard of a procedure that reshapes the ribs of women to make the waist look smaller. I can only guess this is done by some sort of filing? But specifically my question is can this same procedure be done to other bones? Like hips?
My research has shown that the surgery you refered to was the removal of some or part of the rib. I have not heard of shaving hip bones.
