Smooth and textured implants, what are the pros and cons of each. Im having a hard time in making my descision of which kind that I choose. If I understand the smooth is not as firm and perky . The textured are firm I am deffinantly having them put behind the muscle what would be your advise? As to the most natural looking shape -either smooth or textured.
The new textured implants help cut down on the constricture problems prevelant after breast augmentation. Under the muscle seems to be more popular these days. Also ,there are shapes of implants to consider...tear shaped or round.
Do your homework!!!
