I have limited income because I have multiple sclerosis. My body has been gong crazy every since I was diagnosed. I wanted to get breast augmentation but have no means of paying for it. I wanted to know if there was any plastic surgeon that would do this for me. My self esteem is really low beacuse of this as well as MS.
Try calling a teaching hospital as most surgeons do not do pro bono work. Your first issue is are you even a candidate.
