Hi. I have puffy bags under my eyes, not immediately under but about a 1/4 inch down. I have heard them termed, "mailer bags." My dad, mom and sister have them as well. I have tried everything from creams to filler injections. Also, my eyes are deep set so the bags stand out even more. What can I do?
