I had breast augumentation, I wanted it under the muscle but my surgion would only do the implants above the muscle she indicated that my breasts were to dense to put it under my muscle. I was a c cup and went to a DD. Could I have had it under the muscle???? As I can feel the implants under my skin.
No way for me to tell but that is why I always recommend seeing at least 3 surgeons before opting for surgery. You still may want a se3cond opinion now.
