I have a very flat face and want to use a dermal filler in large areas of my face. I was thinking of fat injections since they last a long time and seem to give the skin a natural look. However, I am concerned about what can go wrong. What are the complications of this procedure and what should I be careful with?

They do not use fillers in large areas as it can produce very unstable and undesireable results.
Consider seeing a plastic surgeon for one on one input.
