could a cosmetic surgery simply make a person look better, I mean, to help a person have a totally new face? or to look like another person?
Cosmetic surgery, in the reality based sense is to make us look as young as we feel...within reason!
As for looking like another person, not advisible!!! (but not impossible if you can get a surgeon to do that.)
