I recently had breast augmentation without a lift due to the fact the surgeon said I was borderline at my consult and then at my post op said I was good for 3-5yrs and it wouldnt' cost me a whole new surgery if I decided to have the lift after. It has been four months and they look the same just bigger and saggier. He now says the only way to acheive the results I want is with a lift and wants to charge full price I had six girls go to him in the last four months and I have a meeting at nine am with him to discuss the fact of charging me the orginal 2200 extra he would've charged if I did both at once minus a disc for the six referred. I don't think he listened to what I wanted I think he did what he thought would look good. Do I have any rights?
I am sorry you are having this problem and if your conversation wasn't documented, your rights may be your wprd against his...which is no way to get surgery. As for the referrals, you did that on your own. Keep after him and be bold. Hopefully you will end up with what you want, not what the doc wants. That is why I wrote my book, "Cosmetic /surgery: Before, Between and After" Susan Gail's 15 Steps to Get The /results You Want.
Much good luck with this.
