whenever i am in the sun or heat, my face swells and it gets very red and hot. Do you know why. Additionally, I have hyperpigmentation (or dark spots) on my face that look permanent. Is there a way to remove them. My skin is too sensitive for lasers. Is there any really good cream to bleach the spots. Prescription or non-prescription?
