Why be ashamed in front of the man who made you pregnant 5 times? Stop dying please and go see a plastic surgeon to see if you are a candidate for abdominal surgery. By your next e-mail you are worried about it being a nightmare. Quite frankly, it is very invasive surgery with weeks of down time. You will need much help with yourself as well as the kids.
