In respect to a buttucks augementation, I read on a web site that the implant is placed between the fascia (the thick, white connective tissue, covering the actual muscle) and the muscle itself. I have heard that this is not correct and that the implants should be placed bellow the muscle. What is correct?
Fat implants are placed between the connctive tissue. Physical implants are placed under the muscles.
