susan...I am a 49 yr old male ...I lost my natural erection when I was 27 years old due to an auto accident...I have had two different types of penial inplants and both have failed over the years...I am going through a divorce and have two beautiful boys from my marriage...and I want to continue on with a sex life and be happy... can you help me with this problem ...I know there are alot of options...Eric
