I have "elephant knees" (excessive wrinkles) on the front of my knees. I am not overweight, nor have I ever been. They are hereditary in my family. Are there any procedures that could help eliminate this problem?
f there is the scar will be more of a problem than the wrinkles. Please see a surgeon for a clearer picture.
