i use to live at a very cold city..this made my skin look very pail..and i loved it..now i moved down to california..and it darkened my skin..is there any way i can get my fair skin back? do i have to move back to canada?
Wear a sunblock all the time with a titanium oxide base, get a hat and wear garments that protect you from the sun. Small price to pay for living in paradise!
