hi.i have a problem with relationships.my girlfriends have told me i have a small penis.i went to a urologist and he said there is nothing he can do.my confidence is shot.counceling will not help.tried already.i would like to know if sugeory would be safe or if there is any guarentees of improvement in size.thank you
