I heard that now they can implant your eyelashes from the hair on your head that is an outpatient procedure and is not all that expensive.Where can I get this and what are the risks.
It is newer surgery and you need to go to the net to find out where it is performed successfully and how many times! You don't want anyone experimenting on you.
