I am 22 years old and I have a problem with the fat on my back. I am only 115 pounds, but I cannot seem to shead my love handles, I am not sure what the name of that region is. I work out constantly, but nothing helps. A friend of mine suggested getting it suctioned out. What would I need to do and how much do you think a procedure like that would cost.

You are young and fit so you should be a great candidate for liposuction. The general cost is about $2500 per section.
Pick your surgeon carefully and make sure they have lots of expereince with lipo in that area.
