i have dark circles under my eyes, its been there as long as i can remember... i heard there is a kind of laser surgery or maybe plastic surgery that might help. is that true? please help me with this problem
The newest technology is laser but nothing is 100%. Have you seen a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon yet? That will help you decide if the expense and pain is worth it!!! And it might be.
