i had rhinoplasty 9 weeks ago. the doctor said he broke the bone to narrow it. however after the surgery now my nose has the same exact shape as it did before at the frontal view. its skinny then goes fat and then skinny again. I have a bump (bone) on the left side and one side is more flat. he said the bone popped back out? I am very concerned and he is not answering my questions and says i need to give it a year before i can actually be concerned. but at this point it is a huge nose as before. i dont know if i should expect anything as of this point. is there even a possibility that the left bump will go back in? i noticed that my nose was assymetrical after the surgery and that bump was my concern then also. he said for me to push it in? i dont understand what is going on. could you please advice me? do u think i will need another surgery? i dont and really cant afford to do this again cuz of work. thank you for your time
Go to another surgeon for a second opinion.
Don't wait. You need to document everything.
