I am a "dark skinned" woman of mixed race. Have an severe acne and now pockmarks and acne scars. Know of any dermatologists or treatments for this¸ My biggest concern are the pockmarks for the scars I can "hide" with foundations. pockmarks never hide, especialy in photos o close ups. :( HELP!
You may be a candidate for the newer IPL laser procedures that are less invasive. Most are done in a series. Nothing removes marks, scars or spots from acne or burns completely.
